This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Euphoric Bliss private limited governing your use of Festa. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Euphoric Bliss private limited regarding your use of the app.

Euphoric Bliss private limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Festa solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, or distribute the app, or modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the app.

You agree not to use Festa for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Posting objectionable or offensive content
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Violating intellectual property rights
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities

Euphoric Bliss private limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Festa.

Euphoric Bliss private limited reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Festa at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms of this Agreement.

Euphoric Bliss private limited reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of Festa after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
